Orders

How to Order Translation in 3 Steps:

Step 1: Go to "Orders" section → click "Order Translation"

Step 2: Configure translation parameters:

  • Select project

  • Translation service (ChatGPT, DeepL, Gengo, or Google Translate)

  • Source language

  • Target language

  • Key status for translation (e.g., only untranslated)

Step 3: Pay for order → wait for email notification when order is ready

Completion Time

Depends on volume:

  • AI translators (instant - several minutes)

  • Gengo (from 30 minutes to several days)

Warning: orders cannot be cancelled after payment

Order Management

Detailed information can be tracked in the "Orders" section:

  • Order status

  • Languages participating in the order

  • Creation date

  • Translation service

  • Number of keys and words

  • Order cost

After translation completion, the system automatically updates keys in the project. You can check results in "Review Mode".

  • Completion time can reach several days

Tip: Order for official documents.

Google Translate

Pros:
