Quality Control - Status Management

The quality control system in Localit.io provides efficient translation management through statuses and key organization by sections.

Translation Statuses

Statuses and Meanings

Status	Description
Confirmed	Reviewed translations
Translated	Automatic or draft translation
Untranslated	Key without translation
Needs Attention	Problematic translations

Changing Status

Bulk Selection

1. Select needed keys in the list

2. In the actions menu, choose "Change Status"

3. In the opened window, select current status, new status, and language

In Key Details Page

1. Click on the status

2. Select status in the dropdown menu

In Translation/Review Mode

1. Click on the status

2. Select status in the dropdown menu

Filtering by Status

Use statuses for quick filtering in:

1. Key list

2. When creating an order

3. When downloading files

4. In translation/review mode

Working with Key Sections

Creating Sections

For more convenient key storage and quick navigation, use sections.

Ways to add keys to sections:

When Creating a Key

• In the "Section" field, enter a new name or select an existing one

Through Bulk Editing

• Select needed keys

• Click "Change Section" in the actions menu

Action	Description
Add Section	Creates section without changing others
Replace Section	Changes section for all selected keys
Remove Section	Removes section binding

Tip: to switch key display from list mode to sections mode, use the "Group keys by folders" button
